OUR APPROACH
With over 20 years in the food industry - working in kitchens, in food technology (Clean food) and as a HACCP coordinator (Food Safety), our aim is to teach people how to cook delicious safe food.
You'll be better informed about the ingredients you use (mainly flavors, colors and preservatives manufacturers use in the ready-made products and ingredients you buy).
We also focus on temperature control, hygiene and other aspects of food safety to ensure safe and delicious food for you, your family and friends.
CLASSES
We go to great lengths to source ingredients which are natural - flavors and colors.
We also focus on using products which are preservative free, or use natural preservatives.
Products made with better, safer ingredients are discussed during the session and you will take away a list of the ingredient brands used so you can feel confident when cooking for you and your loved ones.
The recipes are largely made from base ingredients to maximize the amazing food flavors and health benefits.
FUSING ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH COOKING NUTRITIOUS FOOD ADDS A FUN AND HEALTHY ELEMENT TO LEARNING.
Classes are currently held a few times a month.
Bookings are essential as some classes are limited to only a few people to ensure a great experience for each person.
